We purchased blinds for our home in Arizona 3 years ago from Olympic Blinds. The experience was positive and our blinds arrived quickly and accurately measured. This past year we had some problems with three of our shades and after going back and forth with local companies and national company headquarters, I contacted Erica at Olympic Blinds and she made things work. Long story short, she took control, let me know the information she needed and we now have three new shades. I sincerely appreciatethe customer service Erica provided and would wholeheartedly recommend Olympic Blinds.
Gavin took a lot of time to walk me through the process of choosing a style and colors. Very pleased with the professionalism.
After 4 plus trouble-free years, a motorized Hunter-Douglas blind quit working. Called at 8:30AM, Gavin was at house around 12:30PM, wrote a Work Order and took blind away to be repair - under a 5 year warrantee. All easy and quick response.

We recently moved to Olympia and needed blinds for our new home - the previous owner had taken them. Wanted to shop local and found Olympic Blinds - they had good reviews online. We stopped in at their showroom and scheduled a consultation. Gavin came out and helped us select blinds that fit our needs (and budget!). It took 2-3 weeks to get the blinds made, but today they were installed. The installer (Dave) was very thorough and took time to demonstrate how to take care of the blinds. The do's and not to do's. Very pleased with the finished product - just beautiful. Most highly recommend them!
The team was very helpful and patient as we explored the different options for our home. They were incredibly knowledgeable and helped explain the different options, pros/cons, and took the time to understand what we were looking for.Garrett did an awesome job with the install as well; not a bit of light coming through our blackout setup, our basic blinds looked great, and the remote blinds work perfectly. He also took the time to be mindful about the battery placement and helped make sure it was easy to access.No complaints and would highly recommend!
Excellent service all round. Really pleased with the quality of product looks amazing. Impacted interior and exterior of the house even more. Did not fully realize how much light control the shutters brought, with options we chose from at the beginning of our order in-store, until having seen them fully fitted. In store consultation was made easy, we truly had good conversation that helped us talk through variety of options , and discovered in a relaxed atmosphere the variety of product choice and applications. Helped us think about what we could have or never considered some super ideas we got. When we left the store, we felt totally informed on areas to consider. Next day we called and went ahead with asking to send someone out to the home to measure windows and placed an order the same day. Initially given approx 10 - 12 weeks or thereabouts. The order was ready in around 8 weeks. The fitters that came to install were really good, they called and checked in with us, where really focused and completed the fittings of shutters with attention. Very polite folks, cleaned up after themselves like they were never here! Would really recommend this company to anyone!! Great all round job thanks Olympic Blinds for truly great service, so appreciate you all!!
Our experience with Olympic Blinds was total excellence. Every person we met from this company was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It started with Kathryn showing us samples, taking window measurements and compiling our order. It ended with Gavin and his partner doing the complete installation.
